Here is a delicious Berry Protein Smoothie recipe, full of goodness it is perfect as post workout! And this is when I drink mine!
This Berry Protein Smoothie is ready in 2 minutes, you will need:
- 1/2 cup milk – I use skimmed milk
- 1/2 Fat-free Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Frozen Berries
- 1/2 tbsp of Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp of Flaxseed Meal
Flax seeds are rich in Omega-3 essential fatty acids, so are Chia Seeds which are also rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium.
In a blender, mix all the ingredients together. And Voila.
